I’m a woman in charge of the small group ministry at our modest sized church in New Zealand of about 250. I didn’t know this was anything unusual. I fell really blessed to have the support from my Senior Pastor and congregation who respect my leadership on the basis of who I am not if I’m a man or a woman.
