Advent is the start of the new year of the Christian calendar. It’s a time to prepare our hearts for Christmastime.

Sometimes we approach Christmas at a sprint, embracing the Christmas joy … along with some Christmastime chaos. But Advent is meant to be received and celebrated slowly, intentionally and restfully.

So, this season celebrate Advent with your family by gradually and deliberately embracing the holiday. Let Christmas soak into you.
